FOR THIS EXAMPLE WE WILL USING THE FORMULA FOR 10mg CAFFEINE GUMMIES 1KG

Ingredients:

• Vegan/Halal Gummies: 1kg
• Caffeine Powder: 2.1g
• Boiling Water: 6g
• Sucralose Powder: 1.5g
• 96% Ethanol: 9g

Equipment:

• Tumbler
• Glass Beaker
• Hot Plate
• Scale
• Spray Gun

Method:

1. Place  a beaker onto the scale and measure out amount of caffeine powder and icing sugar needed. Place to one side.
2. Bring water to the boil. Once boiled, add in the required amount of boiling water needed into the beaker with the caffeine powder. Once the water has been added. Place the solution onto the hot plate. This will keep the heat in the water and aid the dissolution process.
3. The solution should start cloudy, then begin to slowly dissolve and go completely clear.
4. After the solution has clarified, remove from the heat, and add in the required amount of ethanol.
5. Once combined give the solution a mix and add into the spraying vessel ready to application to the gummies.
6. Place the gummies into the tumbler and spray the caffeine solution onto them.
