Water Soluble CBD (Liquid) - M0026

Ingredients:

  • CBD Isolate
  • Sunflower Letchin
  • Xanthan Gum
  • Boiling Deionised Water

Equipment:

  • Glass Beaker
  • High Shear Mixer (2500RPM)
  • Hot plate
  • Scale

Method:

  1. Place a beaker onto the scale and measure out required amount of CBD and place on hot plate to melt. (MAX TEMP FOR METLING CBD 50 DEGREES C)
  2. Once melted, measure out amount of sunflower lecithin needed.
  3. Place beaker back onto hot plate and gently stir to combine the sunflower lecithin.
  4. In another beaker measure out required amount of boiling water. Once poured into the beaker, add in the required amount of xanthan gum. Gently  mix to combine.
  5. Pour the water and xanthan gum mixture into the CBD and sunflower lecithin mixture.
  6. Mix the mixture using a high shear mixer at 2500RPM for 5 minutes.
  7. Pour Water Soluble CBD solution into appropriate container for packaging.
