Ingredients:

• Magnesium Citrate- 75g (Y0423)
• Citric Acid- 40g (Y0532)
• Sodium Bicarbonate- 40g
• Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)- 10g (Y0551)

Method:

• Measure all ingredients individually;
• Combine ingredients in one beaker. Stir with spoon and ensure all components are combined and uniform;
• After all ingredients are mixed, place them in the blender in order to refine the powders, do this for 7-10 seconds;
• Remove powder from blender and pack it in correct bag/container.
