1. Weigh and mix, using an emulsifier - cream base, hyaluronic acid gel, matrixyl, VG, and lactic acid.
2. In another beaker, weigh and dissolve alpha arbutin, vitamin c, and edta in deionisd water. Once dissolved, add arbutin solution into the cream and mix, using an emulsifier.
3. In the third beaker, weigh and melt cetyl alcohol beads, emulsifying wax, vitamin e, and CBD isolate.
4. Once waxes have melted, slowly pour waxes into the cream while mixing with the emulsifier.
4. Add triethanolamine and mix well , using emulsifier.
