1. Weigh and dissolve cucumber fragrance oil, calendula extract, borage oil, and CBD isolate into polysorbate 80. Once dissolved, mix and add witch hazel. Mix again.
2. In another beaker, weigh and dissolve blue colouring, VG, deocrystal stone powder, panthenol, allantoin powder, and urea crystals in deionised water.
3. Once powders have dissolved, add aloe vera to the water and mix it in.
4. Pour witch hazel solution into water solution and mix.
5. Add phenoxyethanol and triethanolamine - mix.
